What is colocation?
Colocation means placing your own servers and network equipment in a professional data center, renting the space, power, cooling and connectivity instead of building a server room yourself. You keep full control of your hardware while the facility provides the physical environment.
ITDW Group arranges colocation in data center facilities across key markets and adds the services around it: Rack and Stack, Remote Hands, connectivity and managed services.

- Monitoring. Monitored parameters, alert routing, escalation and coverage hours.
- Service levels. Power and network uptime commitments, remote hands response, support hours and remedies, confirmed in the written service agreement.
