ITDW Group works with warehouses and logistics partners in eight locations across four regions: Miami, Florida, United States, London, United Kingdom, Nieuw-Vennep, North Holland, Netherlands, Israel, Kowloon, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Japan, Marikina, Metro Manila, Philippines and Singapore. Together with our Global IT Logistics service, they let us keep hardware close to where it will be installed.

What we handle at our warehouses
Warehouse services depend on the location and the project, and are confirmed during planning. They can include:
- Receiving and inspection. We check incoming hardware against the order and record serial numbers.
- Secure storage. Equipment is held until the site, rack or office is ready for it.
- Staging and kitting. Servers, network gear, cables and accessories are grouped per rack, site or user.
- Consolidation. Orders from several suppliers are combined into fewer, simpler shipments.
- Final delivery. Hardware goes to the data center or office, ready for Rack and Stack or Smart Hands installation.
- Returns and reverse logistics. Old equipment is collected for redeployment, resale or Secure Data Destruction and ITAD.

Global IT projects often slip because of logistics, not engineering: customs delays, missing parts or hardware arriving before the site is ready. Regional warehouses help with this. Equipment can be held close to the destination, checked before it reaches the data center and released when the installation team is ready.

Yes. Equipment can be delivered to your data center or office and installed by ITDW Group's onsite engineers through rack and stack or Smart Hands services.
Can I ship my own hardware to an ITDW Group warehouse?
Yes. Hardware bought through ITDW Group or from your own suppliers can be received, checked and staged before delivery. Contact the team to arrange it.
